In Memory of Bo

Ever had one of those dogs that everyone loved? The kind of dog that was never a nuisance even as a pup? That always surprised you with their intelligence and loyalty? The kind that money can't buy? That was Bo.

Bo, was a truly special dog that is a source of pride in the duck blind or in the pickup riding with your buddies. Bo was a naturally well-mannered, intelligent, calm, yet confident 100 pound dog that is very handsome and has a great personality. With over 100 sons and daughters out of Bo, what we found was that he was fantastic in passing on these characteristics.

In June of 2008, we tragically lost Bo. This was heart wrenching and extremely difficult to endure. I had been battling stage 4 lymphoma all spring and Bo was by my side through my chemo, looking at me as though he knew I was feeling terrible. He was my constant companion and we said goodbye the day after my remission party. Once again, Bo didn't let me down. He saw me through the whole ordeal. He was the "Best Ever".
